GS Construction announced on the 25th that it plans to launch sales of "Gangneung Xi Pine Venue," located in the 102 area of Naegok-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, in November.
The complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, with a total of 918 households ranging from 74 to 135㎡ (exclusive area). About 2 km from the complex is KTX Gangneung Station, allowing travel to Seoul in about 2 hours. The complex is near National Route 7 and National Route 35, which connect to Gangneung IC, making it easy to access downtown Gangneung and other regions by car. In particular, the complex entrance is planned to be directly connected to National Route 7 (Goseong to Busan, total 513 km), which runs through downtown Gangneung, via a newly constructed road, further improving the transportation environment.
Various living infrastructures are located around the complex. Homeplus, Lotte Hi-Mart, Gangneung Agricultural Wholesale Market, Gangneung Medical Center, Naegok-dong Community Center, Gangneung City Hall, and Gangneung Bus Terminal are all within 2 km, providing convenient access. Since the complex is supplied in a small to medium-sized city in a non-regulated area, the subscription requirements are relaxed. Residents of Gangneung-si and Gangwon-do who are 19 years or older and have held a subscription savings account for more than 6 months with a deposit of 2 million KRW can apply for first-priority subscription. Homeowners and household members can also apply for first-priority subscription, and the mid-term loan process is not strict. There are no restrictions on re-winning or resale.
A GS Construction sales official said, "As this is the first Xi brand apartment introduced in Gangneung, it has symbolism, rarity, and product competitiveness," adding, "Since the recent subscription results for the first Xi apartments in the region were all good, we will develop it as a landmark complex in the Gangneung area that meets the high expectations of demand."
