Establishment of an Integrated Recommendation Process for Digital Office Workers' Personal Loans

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 25th that it has established a 'Digital Office Worker Credit Loan Integrated Recommendation Process' to enhance customer convenience in response to the expansion of the untact (non-face-to-face) financial market and the increasing demand for non-face-to-face credit loans.

This process automatically recommends customized products such as the optimal loan amount and interest rate that meet the customer's needs with a single loan application information input. It is a customer-tailored loan product recommendation that proceeds nonstop from screening to execution, and also provides a linked service that suggests alternative products to customers who have difficulty obtaining loans.

During the loan screening, if conditions such as amount or period change, it has been improved to allow re-inquiry during the loan screening process. Even if the customer leaves the menu or closes the screen, the 'Continue Loan' service has been introduced, which connects to the loan screen where the screening was in progress without returning to the initial stage, maximizing customer convenience.
