CJ CheilJedang recently carried out the renewal focusing on ‘helping make cooking more delicious and convenient’ in response to the growing demand for ‘home-cooked meals.’ In particular, to further enhance taste and quality, they concentrated on the blending ratio that harmonizes seafood and meat broth ingredients well. The top of the product packaging now features cooking instructions directly printed for intuitive understanding and easy cooking.
The renewed products come in three types under the concept of ‘Doenjang Jjigae as easy as ramen’: ‘Bajirak Kkotge (Clam Crab)’, ‘Chadol (Beef Brisket)’, and ‘Cheongyangcho (Cheongyang Chili Pepper).’ Without separately preparing broth or additional seasoning, you simply dissolve the seasoning in water, add tofu, vegetables, or other preferred ingredients, and boil to complete the dish conveniently.
‘Haechandle Ready-to-Cook Bajirak Kkotge Doenjang Jjigae Seasoning’ features a seafood broth flavored with clams, crab, shrimp, and various seasonings, delivering a refreshing yet clean and rich seafood flavor. ‘Haechandle Ready-to-Cook Chadol Doenjang Jjigae Seasoning’ uses ‘chadol yangji (beef brisket)’ that pairs well with doenjang, combining the deep and rich original taste of doenjang with a rich meat aroma for a savory delight. ‘Haechandle Ready-to-Cook Cheongyangcho Doenjang Jjigae Seasoning’ contains a refreshing broth with radish and Cheongyang chili peppers, enhancing the spicy and sharp flavor that Koreans love.
