[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] BNK Financial Group has embarked on creating a happy Chuseok by sharing love-filled songpyeon with local neighbors. On the 23rd, BNK announced that it delivered 600 boxes of three-colored songpyeon sets worth 20 million won to 69 local social welfare facilities.
BNK's 'Sharing Love Songpyeon' event is a social contribution project carried out since 2018 every Chuseok to practice sharing with underprivileged groups in the region.
Ji Young-sun, head of the Social Contribution Team at BNK Financial Group's Management Support Department, said, "Although the COVID-19 situation is difficult, we prepared this event hoping for a warmer Chuseok holiday in spirit," adding, "We will continue to promote various social contribution activities that help the region and neighbors."
