Carrot Sonbo, Strengthens Card Benefits for 'Per Mile Auto Insurance'

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Carrot General Insurance announced on the 23rd that it will strengthen customized benefits for each domestic credit card company.

In the Hyundai Card partnership event page to be held next month, customers who sign up for the ‘Per Mile Auto Insurance’ and pay with any Hyundai Card will receive a 30,000 KRW fuel voucher. This applies to customers with an expected annual insurance premium of 300,000 KRW or more, and the fuel voucher will be provided after the event ends.

Carrot General Insurance and Hyundai Card exclusively launched the ‘Carrot General Insurance-Hyundai Card M Edition 3’ partnership card in February this year. Customers who pay for ‘Per Mile Auto Insurance’ with this partnership card receive a monthly billing discount of up to 24,000 KRW depending on the previous month’s spending, offering an annual maximum billing discount benefit of up to 290,000 KRW.

Starting in October, the issuance process will be improved so that the partnership card can be issued and used immediately within 30 seconds upon application, and benefits will be enhanced so that all customers paying insurance premiums can receive a 30,000 KRW billing discount.

With Lotte Card, when paying for the ‘Per Mile Auto Insurance’ product using the recently launched ‘Lola Card,’ customers will receive 5% of the monthly payment amount (up to 30,000 KRW annually) as card points. For payments of ‘Carrot 990 Driver Insurance’ and ‘Carrot Phone Care Screen Protection Insurance,’ customers can earn 10% of the payment amount as card points.

With Shinhan Card, the ‘Carrot General Insurance X Shinhan Card Up to 80,000 KRW Cashback Event’ is being held until the 30th. Using the ‘Shinhan Deep Oil Card’ for Carrot General Insurance and general merchants, customers can receive a maximum cashback benefit of 80,000 KRW once per person.

Additionally, when signing up for ‘Per Mile Auto Insurance’ with a Shinhan personal credit or debit card, customers with an expected annual insurance premium of 300,000 KRW or more will receive a 30,000 KRW cashback. Both events plan to provide cashback amounts by the end of October.
