Ediya Coffee Launches 3 Types of ‘Einspanner’ Filled with Soft and Rich Cream

Einsp?nner means a coachman who drives a horse-drawn carriage, and it originated from the coffee that coachmen used to drink with plenty of cream on top to prevent the coffee from spilling while holding it in one hand and driving the carriage in the past. It is also called ‘Vienna coffee.’ A generous layer of white cream is placed on top of the coffee, spreading a sweet cream aroma with the first sip, and as you drink, the bittersweet flavor of espresso rises, creating harmony.

Ediya Coffee has made this new product available in three types: ‘Einsp?nner,’ ‘Black Mocha Sp?nner,’ and ‘Golden Vanilla Sp?nner,’ allowing customers to choose according to their preference. The ‘Einsp?nner,’ where smooth cream blends with espresso, is enhanced with an Irish cream scent to bring out a deep flavor. Depending on customer preference, it can also be enjoyed as ‘Cold Brew Einsp?nner’ or ‘Decaffeinated Cold Brew Einsp?nner.’

The ‘Black Mocha Sp?nner’ features a rich yet clean taste with a sweet and slightly bitter chocolate aroma combined with smooth cream. The ‘Golden Vanilla Sp?nner’ offers a sweet flavor and a crispy texture with the harmony of vanilla bean flavor, custard aroma, smooth cream, and savory pie crumbs.
