[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Choi Hyun-joo] The Sports Council of Haman-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 22nd that it is producing community sports programs using non-face-to-face online videos and posting them on YouTube.
The Sports Council has been operating community sports programs for residents, but due to the suspension caused by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), it is producing and distributing these videos.
The videos, centered on community sports instructors, include boxing, gymnastics, stretching, soccer, and volleyball to promote health improvement and relieve the frustration caused by social distancing.
The Haman-gun Sports Council stated, "In a situation where residents' sports activities have been restricted due to concerns about COVID-19 infection, we will provide videos with various content so that residents can continue community sports activities at home," and added, "We will also continue quarantine support activities to help alleviate residents' anxiety."
