[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] The National Assembly's Environment and Labor Committee adopted the 'Emergency Response Resolution to the Climate Crisis' on the 22nd.

The resolution urged the government to establish policies aiming for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.

Additionally, it was decided to set up a special committee within the National Assembly to respond to the climate crisis.
