[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 22nd that it will conduct the '2020 Classic Campaign' at nationwide service centers from the 21st of last month until the 31st of next month. This campaign offers benefits such as free inspection services for safe driving in autumn and discounts on genuine parts to customers who own Mercedes-Benz vehicles registered over 4 years ago.


Through this campaign, Mercedes-Benz Korea provides free professional technician inspection services for major parts such as engine oil, brake pads and discs, and transmission oil to customers owning Mercedes-Benz vehicles delivered before October 31, 2016. Additionally, genuine parts1 and accessories & collections2 are sold at a 20% discounted price.


For eligible vehicle customers, a free installation service of the 'Mercedes me Digital Assistant' is provided, enabling vehicle management connected services via Bluetooth connection and smartphone linkage even for models produced before connectivity features were installed. Customers who proceed with paid repairs for vehicles that have passed 5 or 10 years since delivery will receive separate gifts such as vehicle care products and in-car air purifiers on a first-come, first-served basis.


Furthermore, during the campaign period, all customers visiting an official service center for the first time after purchasing a Mercedes-Benz used car will receive Mercedes-Benz vehicle care products. Customers who purchase Mercedes-Benz accessories & collections worth 250,000 KRW, 500,000 KRW, or 1,000,000 KRW or more will receive gifts such as tumblers, umbrellas, and trolley bags.


Kim Ji-seop, Acting President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Korea, stated, “In celebration of the autumn season, we have prepared this service campaign so that customers who love the Mercedes-Benz brand and have owned their vehicles for a long time can maintain and manage their vehicles safely and carefully.”
