The Sixth Store in Korea
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Kolon Industries FnC Division (hereinafter Kolon FnC) announced on the 22nd that the Spanish leather brand Loewe, which it officially imports, has opened a new store at Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch.
Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch is Loewe's sixth store in Korea, offering not only bags but also women's clothing collections, shoes, and accessories lines. Loewe's creative director Jonathan Anderson designed the ceramic collection, furniture, and handcrafted works that harmonize with the products.
Capturing the mood of 'Casa Loewe' (a store located in Madrid), the store uses Loewe's signature Spanish limestone, concrete, and stone to create a modern and clean atmosphere. Additionally, the 'Wierholt Armchair,' a representative work by Dutch furniture designer Gerrit Thomas Rietveld, is exhibited. The 'Tekio Vertical' lamp by London designer Antony Dickens combines tradition and avant-garde in a modern design to create a comfortable ambiance.
Furthermore, visitors can find ceramic bowls featuring lettering by South African ceramic artist Hilton Neill and ceramic vase works by British potter Joanna Constantinidis. Each piece is displayed throughout the space for customers to discover as they explore the store.
The store offers the full collection, including women's clothing, bags, accessories, eyewear, jewelry, and shoes. To commemorate the new opening, Loewe's representative items, such as the Puzzle Bag and Flamingo Clutch in exotic leather, are available exclusively at Loewe Shinsegae Gangnam Branch.
Meanwhile, Loewe opened its fifth store at Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch on the 3rd, where customers can also find bags, women's clothing, collections, shoes, and accessories lines.
