10 Million Users Participate in Secondhand Trading on Danggeun Market About Once a Month, Promoting Resource Reuse

By region, secondhand transactions were most active in Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si; Opo-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi; and Nohyeong-dong, Jeju-si, in that order. These three areas also ranked top 3 in free sharing among neighbors. The most actively reused items through secondhand transactions in the past month were clothing and accessories, digital and home appliances, baby products, and furniture. On average per month, the clothing and accessories category had 2.8 million posts, digital and home appliances 1.52 million, baby products 1.41 million, and furniture over 880,000 transaction posts.
