SKC to Publicly Buy 5.2 Billion KRW Worth of SK Telesys Shares

[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Boryeong] SKC announced on the 17th that it will conduct a tender offer for 15,322,201 common shares of SK Telesys to enhance management efficiency through increasing its stake in SK Telesys.

The tender offer price is 338 KRW per share, and the tender offer period is from the 18th to the 8th of next month. The tender offer agent is NH Investment & Securities. The expected required funds amount to 5.2 billion KRW.
