[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Yuhan-Kimberly announced on the 17th that it is recruiting participants for the ‘2020 Upupu Online Green Camp’ targeting high school girls. The application period is until the 25th of this month, and participants can apply on the Yuhan-Kimberly website.
This year marks the 32nd anniversary of the High School Girls Green Camp, which will be held entirely online to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through social distancing. Participants can experience forest relaxation to relieve COVID stress, stargazing, forest observation methods, and web dramas in collaboration with the National Institute of Forest Science and the Korea Forest Welfare Promotion Institute. Related videos will be available in advance from Thursday, September 17th, on Yuhan-Kimberly’s official SNS channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
The online High School Girls Green Camp consists of four sessions. Session 1 features the Upupu Forest Trekking Vlog, Session 2 covers forest concept establishment, and Session 3 offers the forest healing web drama ‘My Little Forest’.
The Green Camp live broadcast, which includes segments for learning about the forest easily and enjoyably, the ‘One Person One Forest’ activity teaching smart ways to enjoy outdoor activities, and summer night star stories, will be held on the 26th on Yuhan-Kimberly’s YouTube channel. Applications can be submitted through the Yuhan-Kimberly website.
