Seung Ji-su, Executive Director of Donghwa Enterprise (in charge of management planning), purchased air-purifying plants and delivered them to a total of seven locations, including public health centers and hospitals in Seo-gu, Incheon, where Donghwa Enterprise's headquarters is located. These locations operate COVID-19 screening clinics in the Seo-gu area of Incheon.
Executive Director Seung said, "Through this campaign, I am honored to provide a small support to flower farmers struggling due to COVID-19 and to send encouragement to the medical staff who are playing a major role on the front lines of response. I hope the COVID-19 situation will end soon so that South Korea can regain a healthy and peaceful daily life."
The 'Flower Bucket Challenge' is a flower consumption promotion campaign to help flower farmers facing difficulties due to the cancellation of various events such as graduation and entrance ceremonies caused by COVID-19.
