At around 7:30 PM on the 15th, Mr. A, a man in his 30s who was a detained suspect, jumped from the 7th floor to the 3rd floor of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Metropolitan Investigation Unit building. The man had been investigated for violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Mr. A was confirmed to have fractures in his legs and arms. The police stated, "The exact circumstances of the accident have not yet been investigated."
