[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Choi Hyun-joo] Inje University announced on the 16th that Pyeon Hok-gi (55), head of the IPP-type Work-Learning Parallel Project Group Joint Training Center, received the Excellence Award at the '2020 Work-Learning Parallel Excellent Case Competition.'
The competition was held on the 11th at COEX in Seoul and was hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and Korea University of Technology and Education.
The Excellence Award is presented by the President of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. Director Pyeon has been working to minimize mismatches through discovering excellent companies and nurturing outstanding talent, and to cultivate practical talents suitable for the industrial field to support student employment.
Bae Seong-yoon, head of the Talent University IPP-type Work-Learning Parallel Project Group, said, “Despite recent difficult circumstances, the project group’s excellent achievements are thanks to the dedicated efforts of all staff members. Especially this year, building on the momentum of being selected as an excellent university for four consecutive years and receiving the staff excellence award, we will do our best in the second half of the project operation by collaborating with related departments such as the university job center within student employment offices.”
