I'Park Mall Opens Taiwan Specialty 'Rosy Monster Ice Cream' Yongsan I'Park Mall Logimonster Ice Cream Store.

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] HDC I'PARK Mall, a distribution specialist company under the HDC Group affiliates, will introduce Taiwan's famous specialty "Rosie Monster Ice Cream," known for its "Yokai Bingsu," on the 16th.

Located on the 6th floor of Taste Park in Yongsan I'PARK Mall, "Rosie Monster Ice Cream" is a must-visit spot when traveling to Taiwan and has gained attention on online platforms and social networking services (SNS) as a popular gourmet destination.

The signature menu item, "Monster Ice Cream," consists of thin, soft layers of ice cream shaped like a monster, decorated with round eyes and topped with various toppings. It is affectionately called "Yokai Bingsu" and is loved by many.

The "Monster Ice Cream" allows customers to choose one of four ice cream flavors: milk, green tea, cocoa, or black sesame, and select two toppings from over 20 options including red beans, jam, syrup, injeolmi (rice cake), mango, chocolate chips, and mixed nuts.

At "Rosie Monster Ice Cream," besides ice cream, customers can also enjoy a variety of Instagrammable desserts that satisfy both visual and taste pleasures. Trendy menu items tailored to recent customer preferences include the cute yokai character-shaped "Gluten-Free Monster Waffle" made with premium Japonica rice from Taiwan.

Earlier this year, I'PARK Mall launched "D7 Food Cinema," combining gourmet restaurants with cinematic elements to keep up with rapidly changing mall trends. In July, they opened "Pick6," featuring snack content for quick enjoyment, strengthening the content so that visitors can experience a variety of gourmet options at I'PARK Mall.

Currently, I'PARK Mall houses over 30 famous domestic and international caf? brands such as Starbucks, Paul Bassett, Phoebe, and Our Bakery, as well as about 90 restaurants including Tokkijung, Sushi San Blue, and Namdo Bunsik.

An I'PARK Mall representative stated, "I'PARK Mall is focusing on strengthening F&B content this year through continuous renewal and expansion," adding, "With the young generation's passion for gourmet food and the online mukbang trend extending to offline consumption, we expect many customers to visit I'PARK Mall's gourmet spots."
