IS Dongseo Acquires Additional 70 Billion KRW Worth of Inseon ENT Shares

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] IS Dongseo announced on the 14th that it will additionally acquire 8,067,305 shares of its construction waste disposal subsidiary Inseon ENT for approximately 70 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, IS Dongseo's stake in Inseon ENT will be 45.1%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 27th of next month.

IS Dongseo explained the purpose of this stock acquisition as "- Strengthening control over the affiliate and improving management efficiency - Securing funds for acquiring shares of other companies to expand and diversify the affiliate's business."
