[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Comedian Heo Min and baseball player Jeong In-wook have welcomed a baby boy.
On the 14th, Heo Min shared on Instagram, "A healthy baby has arrived. We have now become parents of two children. We will raise them beautifully," announcing the birth.
Heo Min added, "Yesterday, after 3 a.m., a healthy baby boy named Lucky came into the world. Both the baby and I are healthy." She continued, "Maybe he missed his dad, as he was born on a Monday when there was no baseball game, so fortunately we could share this joyful moment together."
She also expressed her joy with hashtags: "#DayOneFromToday #WelcomeLucky #Let’sDoOurBestFromNowOn #DadHasAnAwayGameInSuwonTonight GoGo," and wrote, "Due to COVID-19, only one guardian is allowed to enter, and husbands are prohibited from entering postpartum care centers. Those who have given birth or are preparing to give birth must be very worried, right? Let’s overcome this together."
She said, "Thank you to everyone who cheered for a smooth delivery. I should have suffered more, but I gave birth so easily that people think it was simple. My husband’s colleagues said they cried when the baby was born. Jeong In-wook kept smiling the whole time."
Meanwhile, Heo Min married Jeong In-wook in January 2018 and they have a daughter.
