[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Samyook University announced on the 11th that the Changdong Internet Addiction Prevention Counseling Center, operated under its commission, received the Excellence Award at the 'Seoul Metropolitan Government Gender Equality Awards.' This year marks the 17th edition of the Seoul Gender Equality Awards. Individuals and organizations that have contributed to the promotion and spread of gender equality across all fields including politics, economy, society, and culture are recognized and awarded. The Changdong Internet Addiction Prevention Counseling Center was acknowledged for conducting a survey on youth cyber pornography addiction and for developing and distributing a board game aimed at preventing cyber sexual violence and enhancing gender sensitivity.
