K Bank to Focus on Hiring IT Specialists in the Second Half of the Year

Hiring Planned for Core Banking Staff and Big Data Experts

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] K Bank announced on the 11th that it plans to focus on hiring IT personnel starting this month to introduce more innovative financial services.

The recruitment positions include account system loan and deposit core banking development and operation staff, big data system development and operation staff, big data experts, and about 10 other fields. K Bank plans to hire a double-digit number of employees.

The IT recruitment process will be conducted with consideration for applicants' convenience. A K Bank official stated, "We aim to complete the process, including notifying the final successful candidates, within two weeks after the application deadline."

Additionally, considering applicants who are currently employed, non-face-to-face practical interviews using video conferencing solutions and interviews outside working hours will be conducted. For developer recruitment, coding tests will be administered only to those who pass the document screening.

Specific recruitment fields and qualification requirements can be sequentially checked on the K Bank recruitment website starting at the end of this month.
