◆ T'way Holdings = Announced that its subsidiary T'way Air will conduct a paid-in capital increase of 45 million shares to raise 72 billion KRW in operating funds and a bonus issue allocating 0.2 shares per share. The record date for new shares is November 16.

◆ Dongbu Construction = Announced a decision to lend 25 billion KRW to Iwon Industrial Development on the 15th. This amounts to 5.51% of its equity capital.

◆ Daelim Industrial = Announced plans to split its construction business division and petrochemical business division to establish separate new companies for each division, while the existing company will remain as a listed corporation.

◆ Sewon Precision Industry = Decided on a cash dividend of 25 KRW per share as a year-end dividend. The dividend yield is 0.31%.

◆ Unichem = Announced that its subsidiary Unigolf & Resort will proceed with a shareholder allocation paid-in capital increase of 4.6 million shares to raise 23 billion KRW to secure funds for land purchase.
