Lotte Holdings "Additional Acquisition of Lotte Chilsung Beverage Shares for 91.9 Billion KRW"

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Lotte Holdings, a KOSPI-listed company, announced on the 10th that it will additionally acquire 981,663 shares of its beverage manufacturing and sales subsidiary, Lotte Chilsung Beverage, for approximately 91.9 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, Lotte Holdings' stake in Lotte Chilsung Beverage will be 34.6%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is December 11 of this year.

Lotte Holdings stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to enhance the management efficiency of overseas subsidiaries by contributing them in kind to Lotte Chilsung Beverage, which operates the same business."
