Lotte Chilsung Beverage "Additional Acquisition of Philippine Subsidiary Shares for 71.5 Billion KRW"

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Lotte Chilsung Beverage, a KOSPI-listed company, announced on the 10th that it will additionally acquire 1,559,394,320 shares of its Philippine beverage manufacturing subsidiary (PEPSI-COLA PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES) for approximately 71.5 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, the shareholding ratio will be 72.9%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is December 11 of this year.
