[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (hereinafter referred to as PSTPS) announced on the 9th that it participated as a co-host institution in the 'Integrity Academy' operated for seven weeks at Hallym International Graduate School.
The Integrity Academy is a program planned and operated by the Youth Committee, based on the fact that young people have limited opportunities to receive anti-corruption and integrity education.
Now in its third year, this event is co-hosted by PSTPS, the Korea Transparency Organization, National Assembly member Chun-sook Jeong, the U.S. Embassy in Korea, and Hallym International Graduate School, supported by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and 3M Korea, and organized and operated by the Korea Transparency Organization Youth Committee.
This year, under the theme "Integrity with Me," the program offers young people theoretical lectures, company visits, talk concerts, discussions, and online seminars.
PSTPS participates in company visits, talk concerts, and corporate lectures, delivering sessions on employee codes of conduct and internal control regulations for fund management. In accordance with the government's social distancing level 2.5 quarantine guidelines, the lectures will be conducted online via a non-face-to-face platform.
Bae Oe-sook, Standing Auditor of PSTPS, said, "We are pleased that prospective members of society who wish to learn about integrity and anti-corruption are participating in this learning program on integrity culture, and we will do our best to help young people enhance their awareness of integrity and form anti-corruption and integrity values."
