[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] Mplus announced on the 8th that it has decided on a stock dividend of one new share per one common share.
The new shares amount to 5,364,439 common shares, and the total number of issued shares after the stock dividend will be 10,728,878 shares.
The record date for the new share allocation is the 24th of this month, and the listing date is scheduled for the 19th of next month.
