- About 6,206 Applications Received for 'Mirabo Suite' Subscription

Mirabo Co., Ltd.'s residential lodging facility Mirabo Suite, supplied in Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (the former site of Mirabo Tourist Hotel), the center of Busan business, completed subscription for all types with an average competition rate of 16.20 to 1.
According to the subscription results conducted on the Mirabo Suite website, 6,206 applications were received for 383 units, recording a highest competition rate of 125.92 to 1 and an average of 16.20 to 1.
The industry evaluates that this result was somewhat expected. Mirabo Suite attracted much interest and attention even before the sales promotion center opened as a non-regulated product amid the government's strong real estate regulations. Due to the June 17 real estate measures, most areas including Seoul, the metropolitan area, and metropolitan cities were designated as speculative overheating districts or adjusted target areas, reducing the investable market. Furthermore, the July 10 real estate measures added tax regulations targeting owners with more than one house.
A sales official stated, “Mirabo Suite is a new investment product that bypassed the government's strong regulatory policies, and many inquiries came from Busan and other regions even before the sales promotion center opened. We expect good results in the upcoming official contracts as the high subscription competition rate has proven its popularity.”
In fact, residential lodging facilities can be owned and traded through individual registration like apartments. Additionally, there are no resale restrictions, and they are free from collateral loan regulations and heavy taxation, making them a newly emerging investment product in the real estate market.
Moreover, the fact that it was introduced as a new residential product never seen before in Busan is also a factor in its popularity. All units are designed as suite houses, offering a reasonable space by separating rest and business areas, attracting attention. Here, “suite” in suite house means a luxury room where the bathroom, bedroom, and living room spaces are separated according to their use.
Also, with an “Urban Garden” eco-friendly design, natural gardens such as terrace gardens and rooftop gardens will be created. Additionally, a roof water terrace is planned. Through the roof water terrace and natural spaces, residents can enjoy a comfortable and leisurely rest.
Furthermore, Mirabo Suite provides an artificial intelligence service called “Time Control” that takes care of time, information, and health. Sleep solution motion beds and clean zones that check and purify air pollution levels will be introduced, allowing residents to receive life care dedicated solely to themselves.
In addition, a “Biophilic” design concept was applied to maximize the eco-friendly atmosphere. All spaces including the lobby, terrace, lounge, and outdoor areas create an atmosphere as if surrounded by nature, enhancing residential value with a natural living ambiance.

Moreover, various community facilities such as a clean center, sauna, book cafe, fitness center, conference room, and lobby lounge will be equipped to enhance residents' convenience.
The upcoming schedule includes official contracts to be conducted over two days, from Tuesday the 8th to Wednesday the 9th, at the Mirabo Suite sales promotion center.
