Areas with good transportation continuously attract people’s interest and have promising future value, so they deserve attention.”


Meanwhile, a luxury residential facility is planned to be built near Nohyeong Five-way Intersection, the central commercial district and transportation hub of Jeju, attracting significant interest not only from local residents focused on actual use but also from investors in Seoul and the metropolitan area due to its high scarcity value. The project is Nohyeong Prestige 125, a new construction by Ilseong Construction located at 904-1, Nohyeong-dong, Jeju-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, scheduled for September.


Nohyeong Prestige 125 consists of one building with three basement floors and 19 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 125 units of residential lodging facilities with exclusive areas ranging from 85 to 96 square meters, along with neighborhood living facilities. It is set to be built near Nohyeong Five-way Intersection, the prime center of the Nohyeong-Yeondong district, known as Jeju’s most valuable location, and is already attracting much attention even before the model house opens.


The greatest advantage of Nohyeong Prestige 125 is its transportation network, which provides rapid access to anywhere in Jeju. By car, Jeju Airport is just 10 minutes away, and convenient national roads such as Wollang-ro, Noyeon-ro, and Nohyeong-ro are nearby.
