'Hillstate Songdo Stay Edition' Subscription Starts on the 7th

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 3rd that it will begin pre-sale of the residential lodging facility "Hillstate Songdo Stay Edition," being built in Songdo International City, Incheon, starting from the 7th.

Hillstate Songdo Stay Edition will be constructed in the area of 29-12, Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, consisting of two buildings with 608 units, ranging from 4 basement floors to 44 above-ground floors. The units will have exclusive areas ranging from 77 to 191㎡. The project is being implemented by Korea Asset Trust.

The complex features a distinctive exterior and floor plans. A curtain wall method is applied to some parts of the building's exterior walls. The ceiling height is designed to be 2.4m, higher than typical apartments, enhancing the sense of openness, and service areas such as dressing rooms and balcony spaces are provided. Additionally, Hyundai Engineering & Construction's smart home system "Hi-oT" is applied, allowing residents to control lighting, heating, elevator calls, and parking location checks via smartphones. Notably, the top six units are designed as penthouses. The penthouses, sized 167 and 191㎡, come standard with various options such as premium imported tiles and sliding doors. The complex will offer various hotel-style services and provide a resident-exclusive application (app) to enhance convenience for residents.

The location is also excellent, being near the International Business District Station on Incheon Subway Line 1 and having good access to the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway. Transportation conditions are expected to improve further with the opening of the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway and the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) Line B. Large retail facilities such as Costco and Homeplus are located nearby, making daily life convenient.

Applications are possible for anyone aged 19 or older regardless of residence, without a separate subscription savings account. Ownership and sales through individual registration are possible like apartments, and the company explained that during the pre-sale rights stage, the units are not counted as housing.

Applications will be accepted for three days from the 7th to the 9th, and winners will be announced on the 11th. The model house is located at 177-1, Songdo-dong.
