Metanet Mplatform's Contact Center Specialized Product 'Meta Covid19 Package' Launching in the Second Half of 2020

Metanet M Platform announced on the 28th that it plans to launch the ‘Meta Covid19 Package’ in September. This package consists of a total of four contact center operation models tailored to each company's situation, aiming for untact (non-face-to-face, untact) operations that can safely run contact centers even during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The operation models to be released are divided into types A through D. Type A is optimized for customers who prefer 100% remote work. Type B suits customers who want a hybrid approach with a certain ratio of remote and on-site work, Type C is for customers who want temporary remote work only when necessary, and Type D is appropriate for customers who want to operate safely with on-site work only.

The ‘Meta Covid19 Package’ applies a dedicated BCP (Business Continuity Plan) methodology specialized for Covid-19, different from the general disaster BCPs. Moreover, it was developed in the form of a digital remote work package that counselors can easily apply, and the backend services supporting the center and workforce are separately categorized according to the four operation models, which is its greatest advantage.
