Online Program Available Every Wednesday from September 2 to 23... Lectures on Recruitment Trends and Employment Strategies for Public, Large, and Foreign Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangbuk-gu (District Mayor Park Gyeom-su) will operate the September Youth Job Cafe employment support program online to alleviate the difficulties faced by job seekers due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The program targets young job seekers aged 15 to 39 and is free of charge. The district plans to hold classes every Wednesday from 2 to 4 PM from September 2 to 23 using the online video conferencing program Zoom.
First, for those aspiring to work in public enterprises, a special lecture on NCS (National Competency Standards) aptitude test preparation will be held on the 2nd, and employment consulting for public enterprise application documents will be conducted on the 9th.
Through this, participants can learn about NCS question trends and part-specific response strategies, how to write resumes and self-introduction letters, and methods to strengthen job competencies by field.
On the 16th and 23rd, customized classes will be provided for young people aiming to enter large corporations. On the 16th, there will be lessons on writing documents such as self-introduction letters and resumes, and on the 23rd, a special lecture on aptitude test preparation will be held to address difficulties encountered during the employment process.
A course for entering foreign companies will also be held on the 23rd. In this course, participants will learn about the internal culture of foreign companies and job characteristics by industry, and how to organize experiences that demonstrate job competencies.
Those interested can apply by selecting Gangbuk-gu on the Seoul Job Portal or by filling out and submitting the Google Form application.
