[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Broadcaster Harisu has become a hot topic after expressing anger and criticism toward the misconduct of some COVID-19 confirmed patients.

On the 25th, Harisu posted on Instagram, "These crazy people, it's really a waste to use taxpayers' money to treat them. Trash that can't even be recycled. Please become human," along with a photo.

The photo is a screenshot of an article related to COVID-19 confirmed patients that aired on MBC Radio's 'Kim Jong-bae's Focus' that morning, featuring an interview with a nurse working at a COVID-19 dedicated hospital mainly admitting mild patients.

According to the article, the nurse said, "(Among the patients) some demand coffee, cigarettes, and there are even patients who ask for their underwear to be washed," adding, "One man asked, 'Is there anything you need?' and the reply was 'a woman.'"

The nurse also reported, "There are often people who shout, kick doors, scatter used tissues on the floor, or throw towels on the floor."

Harisu expressed anger, saying, "No one wants to get COVID-19 on purpose, but while receiving treatment, they should at least observe basic manners. I really hate this. Such selfishness."

Meanwhile, Harisu is appearing on MBN's 'Voice Trot.'
