LH Supplies 2 Upstream Facility Lots at Bucheon Ojeong Logistics Complex

[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 25th that it will supply two parcels of upstream distribution facility land within the Bucheon Ojeong Logistics Complex in Gyeonggi Province through a competitive bidding process for general real demand buyers.

The two parcels being supplied this time are 26,772㎡ and 9,333㎡ in size, respectively. The appraised price per square meter is 2.41 million KRW and 2.30 million KRW, respectively, with a total planned supply price of 64.52 billion KRW and 21.47 billion KRW. Both parcels allow construction up to 7 floors, with a building coverage ratio of 60% and a floor area ratio of 40%.

The Bucheon Ojeong Logistics Complex is a future-oriented logistics complex spanning 460,000㎡ that combines living culture and business environments. It is adjacent to the Incheon Gyeyang and Bucheon Daejang districts, designated as part of the 3rd New Town, making it an optimal location as a logistics hub in the metropolitan area. In terms of transportation, it is close to the Bucheon IC on the Gyeongin Expressway, within a 5 km radius of Gimpo International Airport, and near Bongodaero connecting Incheon and Seoul as well as the Metropolitan Outer Ring Expressway, providing excellent metropolitan transportation networks and high accessibility to major urban centers.

Applications for bidding, bid opening, and announcement of successful bidders will be conducted through the LH Subscription Center on the 25th of next month. Subsequently, contracts will be signed over two days from October 6 to 7. The payment terms include a 3-year interest-bearing installment plan. The remaining balance after a 10% down payment can be paid in equal installments every six months.
