Gyeongin Yanghaeng Decides on Debt Guarantee Worth 12 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Boryeong] Kyungin Yanghaeng announced on the 19th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee worth 12 billion KRW to its affiliate Daito Kisco.

The debt guarantee amount is 5.05% of the consolidated equity as of the end of last year. The creditor is KDB Industrial Bank. The debt guarantee period is until September 9, 2021.
