Sold 2.5 Times More Than Galaxy Tab S6

According to Samsung Electronics on the 19th, all online pre-order stocks of the Galaxy Tab S7 series, which began on the 18th on Samsung.com, Coupang, and WEMAKEPRICE, have been completely sold out.
The pre-order sales volume was 2.5 times higher compared to the previous model (Galaxy Tab S6). Considering only the first day sales, it was recorded to be more than 10 times higher than the previous model. It sold out even before the products were displayed for experience at offline stores such as Samsung Digital Plaza. A Samsung Electronics official stated, "We are working hard to secure more stock."
In particular, the 12.4-inch Galaxy Tab S7 Plus model is more popular, and currently orders are not possible even on Samsung.com. On Coupang, the Galaxy Tab+ model is completely sold out, making pre-order purchases impossible. Some offline stores still have stock, but customers need to check availability before visiting.
The Galaxy Tab S7 series is the largest screen Galaxy Tab series ever, equipped with features necessary for work and study. It is interpreted that the demand for tablets has increased in preparation for the prolonged online classes and remote work due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The Galaxy Tab S7 series pre-orders run until the 22nd, with the official release on September 3rd. The Galaxy Tab S7 is released in two models: 11-inch and 12.4-inch, with a 16:10 aspect ratio and thinner bezels than the previous model. The included S Pen has an 80% faster response speed compared to the previous model. The price of the Galaxy Tab S7 starts at 829,400 KRW, and the Galaxy Tab S7+ starts at 1,149,500 KRW.
