NCTRON Sells 5.6 Billion KRW Stake in Wellib

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Ncitron sold 175,000 shares of Wellive, a group meal service business and specialized construction company, for 5.6 billion KRW. The ownership stake after the transfer is 9.75%.

The counterparty in the transaction is iSmartN. The purpose of the transfer is to focus on core competencies through business structure reorganization. The transaction payment was settled by receiving convertible bonds (CB) issued by Ncitron on March 17.
