IU's 'Good Day' Lyricist Kim Eana Chooses Creative Inspiration Home 'Hanssem Bach House'

IU's 'Good Day' Lyricist Kim Eana Chooses Creative Inspiration Home 'Hanssem Bach House'

Detached house-type complex developments that can be used as special personal spaces such as artists' workspaces are gaining popularity.

The detached house-type complex chosen by Kim Eana, one of South Korea's representative lyricists who wrote IU's "Good Day," Yoon San-seul's "Love Redevelopment," EXO's "LUCKY," and more, is drawing attention.

“Hanssem Bach House,” scheduled for completion at the end of August in the Gumi-dong residential complex, known as the Beverly Hills of Bundang, is that place. Hanssem Bach House, a luxury complex for only 29 residents, is attracting attention not only for its premium location in Bundang but also for its new interpretation that incorporates artistic sensibility into the living space.

Hanssem Bach House is suitable as a space to recharge new inspiration every day by contemplating the stars in the night sky from the living room and courtyard, and experiencing the changing sunlight, wind, and rain of the four seasons on the terrace next to the bedroom. It is popular among artists and young wealthy professionals who want to use it as a creative workspace.

The courtyard, the first in Korea with a height of 11 meters, offers special inspiration throughout the four seasons. For artists who want to gain new inspiration anytime and anywhere, the courtyard of Hanssem Bach House is filled with snow, rain, and sunlight throughout the year, allowing them to constantly experience the sensibility and mystery of nature even inside the house. The changing appearance of the courtyard by season itself becomes a work of art.

Moreover, the independent underground multi-room and 11 unique spaces are more than sufficient for use by musicians or performance artists who are sensitive to sound and stimuli. These spaces can be customized into independent areas as desired. Additionally, connected to the parking lot and indoor elevator, artists can focus on creation and leisure without interruption.

Hanssem Bach House, which won the Grand Prize in the Housing Design category at the 2019 Chosun Ilbo Future Architecture Culture Awards, was designed by world-renowned architect Keisuke Maeda, who won the Design Vanguard in 2014 and AR House in 2016, and Professor Lee Han-jong, one of Korea's authorities on residential architecture. The exterior and interior are praised for their unique elegance and outstanding functional beauty, presenting a new lifestyle with Korea's only spatial design.

Hanssem Bach House is excluded from the additional high-intensity regulations such as the “6.17 Real Estate Measures” following the government's announcement of high-intensity real estate policies last December. Despite the ongoing strict mortgage loan conditions, including the ban on mortgage loans for houses over 1.5 billion KRW in speculative areas and speculative overheating districts, and the reduction of LTV for houses exceeding 900 million KRW, Hanssem Bach House is exempt from the 1.5 billion KRW loan ban applied to apartments, allowing financial institution loans based on LTV standards. Furthermore, with Hanssem's additional 500 million KRW support (first-come, first-served), the burden on investors is reduced. Also, as a product excluded from the housing supply plan, it is attracting more interest as both a residence and investment product.

With completion scheduled for the end of August, Hanssem Bach House is receiving a flood of purchase inquiries and visit reservations from those seeking a unique new residential environment. The Hanssem Bach House showroom, the first detached house-type complex by Hanssem, is currently operating by appointment only, and sample house tours are available on-site. It is located at 280-1 Gumi-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. For more details, please check via inquiry phone calls.
