On the 15th, KBS2's 'Immortal Songs - Singing the Legend' featured legendary singers Kang Jin and Jin Sung. The broadcast included appearances by singers Kim Ho-joong, Shin Yu, and Park Gu-yoon.
During the show, Park Gu-yoon pointed to Shin Yu as a rival, saying, "I have a friend. Since he's a friend, whether I lose or win, it would feel awkward."
Encouraged by Jung Jae-hyung's remark that "losing would feel more awkward," Park Gu-yoon expressed his desire, saying, "I want to win."
On the other hand, Shin Yu showed a relaxed attitude, saying, "It's okay to lose to Gu-yoon. In fact, I would rather lose to Gu-yoon." The two added fun to the broadcast with their contrasting attitudes.
In particular, Shin Yu recently became a hot topic after Lim Young-woong named him as a role model on a program. Jung Jae-hyung conveyed, "The trending star of 2020, Lim Young-woong, said he is his role model."
In response, Shin Yu said, "These days, I live because of (Lim) Young-woong. I am very grateful that he said that."
