Viva Republica Launches 'Toss Insurance Partner' for Agent Sales Support Viva Republica announced on the 14th that it will launch 'Toss Insurance Partner,' an exclusive application for supporting insurance agents' sales activities.


[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Viva Republica announced on the 14th that it will launch the insurance agent sales support exclusive application 'Toss Insurance Partner.'


This is an insurance agent exclusive app available to agents registered with the Life and Non-life Insurance Associations, and both registration and use are free of charge.


Through the app, agents can manage consultations and contracts systematically, and they are registered in the database (DB) of agents recommended by Toss to customers, providing opportunities to attract new clients. It is expected to enable detailed customized services such as notifying customers of upcoming insurance maturity dates, insufficient coverage details, and the total coverage amount by guarantee type.


Toss has been operating a beta service since June, and so far about 2,300 agents have registered. Insurance consultations conducted through the app have reached approximately 5,800 cases.


Additionally, Toss has launched the 'My Personal Insurance Expert' service, expecting a significant increase in insurance consultation requests from Toss users.


By using My Personal Insurance Expert, users can view the identity, career, and self-introduction of Blue Member agents registered in Toss Insurance Partner, select the desired agent directly, and receive diagnoses for necessary insurance or assistance such as consultations on complicated insurance claims.


After consultations, customers can leave evaluations for the respective agents, creating a virtuous cycle where agents providing good service receive more selections.


A Toss representative said, "A healthy foundation that customers and agents can trust and use has begun," adding, "We will do our best to serve as a bridge where insurance agents and customers can safely meet."
