Yoon Jong-kyu, KB Financial Group Chairman, Communicates with MZ Generation via 'YouTube Chat' KB Financial Group Chairman Yoon Jong-kyu is having a serious conversation with employees during the 'e-Communication Live' session on the 12th.


[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Financial Group announced on the 13th that its CEO and employees held a time of empathetic communication called ‘e-Communication Live,’ where they engaged in candid conversations together through a YouTube live broadcast.


Chairman Yoon Jong-kyu met with employees at the Yeouido headquarters, where a large screen was set up the day before, while participating employees joined the ‘e-Communication Live’ session from comfortable and diverse locations such as cafes and their homes.


The event was conducted in a free format, with employees using real-time chat windows or speaking directly via video. The content focused on stories that any MZ generation (Millennials and Generation Z born after the 1980s) office worker could relate to, including self-development, interpersonal relationships, career concerns, and leisure activities.


A KB Financial official stated, “To promote a horizontal and creative corporate culture, we will continue to lead communication activities that transcend ‘management, employees, generations, job roles, and gender’ to foster mutual understanding and acceptance.”
