Proposing Solutions for a Super-Aged Society with Goals of 10,000 Jobs and 300,000 Members Within 5 Years
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Yuhan-Kimberly (CEO Choi Gyu-bok) announced that it will establish a senior social venture "Impact Peoples," a shared value creation (CSV) model, in collaboration with the Together Foundation and others. Impact Peoples (CEO Shin Cheol-ho) is a senior job and business platform company established based on cooperation among Yuhan-Kimberly, the Together Foundation, the Korea Senior Human Resources Development Institute, and the Seoul branch of the Korea Senior Club.
The launch of Impact Peoples was promoted with the concept of shared value creation (CSV) to proactively address the challenges of a super-aged society. It aims to create senior business and quality jobs based on cooperation among companies, organizations, and the public sector. To this end, Impact Peoples will build a senior job platform and community based on a multilateral cooperation network involving companies, senior organizations, and the government, and create a business model that pursues senior business opportunities and ecosystem expansion for large, medium, and small enterprises. It will promote ▲ senior job creation projects in cooperation with public institutions and large corporations, ▲ senior e-commerce business, and ▲ senior specialized research business linked with senior panels, aiming to create 10,000 senior jobs and secure 300,000 members over the next five years.
