The sale price was set at an average of 19.92 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
DMC SK View I-Park Foret will consist of 21 apartment buildings ranging from 39㎡ to 120㎡ (exclusive area), with a total of 1,464 households from basement level 5 to ground level 19. Actual visits to the model house will be operated by reservation only for applicants to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Reservations will be available through the sales website from the 18th.
The schedule is as follows: special supply starts on the 18th, first priority for the local area on the 19th, first priority for other areas on the 20th, and second priority subscription on the 21st. The announcement of successful applicants is scheduled for the 27th. After that, from the 31st to the 4th of the following month, there will be a document submission period for successful applicants, followed by a four-day contract period from the 8th to the 11th of the following month.
