Andong City Operates Moonlight Tour 'Dalgeurak'... "Eat, See, and Listen for 5000 Won"

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Dong-wook] Andong City in Gyeongbuk announced on the 12th that it will hold the moonlight tour "Dalgurak (樂)" on the 15th under the theme "The Most Beautiful Way to Enjoy the Night in Andong."

Organized by Duru Cooperative, this event is a representative nighttime tourism experience developed to enjoy Andong's night with various themes such as Andong's unique cultural heritage, night views, and performances. It was also selected as one of the Top 100 Nighttime Tourism Programs by the Korea Tourism Organization this year.

The main schedule starts at 6 PM from Andong Station, touring tourist attractions such as Jjimdak Alley, Taesamyo Shrine, Ungbu Park, Music Fountain, and Wolyeonggyo Bridge, and ends back at Andong Station. With a participation fee of 5,000 KRW, participants can enjoy Andong Jjimdak, release wish balloons at the music fountain, and appreciate a moonlight concert amid the gentle night view of Wolyeonggyo Bridge. Additionally, a cultural interpreter will accompany the tour to provide explanations of each tourist site, and participants will receive a small souvenir.

According to Andong City, inquiries from people wishing to participate have been nonstop due to word of mouth. Starting with attracting tourists during the vacation season, the event will be held a total of six times until October (August 15 and 29, September 12 and 26, October 10 and 24).

Applications for the "Dalgurak" tour, which is conducted by advance reservation, are being accepted on the Duru Cooperative website.
