On the 10th, Shindorim Station in Seoul's subway system is crowded with commuters amid concerns of traffic chaos due to continuous monsoon rains and heavy downpours over the weekend. The Seoul Metropolitan Government will increase the frequency of subway and bus services from the morning until the heavy rain warning is lifted. Subway trains will run at increased intervals from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM during the morning rush hour, and again from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM during the evening rush hour. / Reporter Kim Hyun-min kimhyun81@
