[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Daekyo announced on the 10th that it will launch AI learning programs called 'Summit Speaking' and 'Summit Score Korean' through its Noonopi brand.

This learning program provides personalized learning by utilizing AI algorithms applied to tablet PCs. It assesses the learner's level and presents step-by-step learning strategies.

Summit Speaking is a digital AI English learning program that allows learners to naturally improve their English speaking skills by self-directed learning while navigating the tablet PC screen. It is designed with a stepwise learning process of 'meaning comprehension - speech training - practical conversation.' The company explained that the stepwise learning process and system are currently patent-pending.

In particular, speaking skills can be effectively enhanced through the 'Imitation,' 'Level Up Challenge,' and 'Real Talk' sections. In the Imitation section, the process of 'shadowing' has been refined by simultaneously measuring the native speaker's voice and emotional imitation. In the Real Talk section, interactive communication is possible through conversations with AI native speakers whose responses vary according to the learner's utterances.

Summit Score Korean is a Korean language specialized smart learning program that provides digital educational services through a personalized learning algorithm applying the 'Creed Index,' developed in-house by Daekyo, step by step. The Creed Index is a Korean reading comprehension index that measures the difficulty level of texts and outputs it as an index. The Creed Index is applied to each passage in the textbook to present high-frequency vocabulary, reading strategies, and more tailored to the learner's level.

Additionally, the program is designed to provide personalized prescriptions by analyzing the learner's incorrect answer tendencies occurring during the learning process using an item attribute database.

A Daekyo official said, "Summit Speaking and Summit Score Korean will be available for learning at Noonopi Learning Centers and YesClass nationwide starting from the 1st of next month," adding, "Within this year, digital product learning will also be enabled through home visits, diversifying learning channels tailored to learners' convenience."
