Hwasun-gun, Individual Housing Price Viewing and Opinion Submission from the 10th

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Young-gyun] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 9th that from the 10th, it will open the individual housing prices as of June 1, 2020, for public inspection and accept opinions.

The inspection targets are 186 detached houses that underwent new construction, extension, change of use, or division/merger of attached land from January 1 to May 31 this year.

House owners can view the inspection register available at the county office’s finance department and the eup/myeon administrative welfare centers from the 10th to the 31st.

House owners with opinions can fill out and submit the opinion form provided at the county office’s finance department and the eup/myeon administrative welfare centers.

Houses with submitted opinions will undergo re-verification by the Korea Appraisal Board and deliberation by the Hwasun-gun Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, and the results will be notified to the opinion submitters.

The finalized housing prices will be decided and publicly announced on the 29th of next month and will be used as the basis for imposing various taxes such as national and local taxes.

A county official said, “We plan to decide and publicly announce appropriate and fair housing prices by listening to the opinions of house owners,” and added, “We ask that you inspect within the inspection period and actively submit your opinions.”
