13,000 Households Nationwide for Sale in the Second Week of August

According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 9th, from the 10th to the 15th, 13,400 households will be supplied in 27 complexes nationwide. General sales through maintenance projects such as reconstruction and redevelopment are scheduled for 6,335 households in 13 complexes.

On the 10th, subscription applications will begin at three locations: Daechi Prugio Summit, Cheongnyangni Station Lotte Castle SKY-L65 (officetel), and Gyeongsan Seohee Starhills.

Daechi Prugio Summit is a complex where Daewoo Construction is reconstructing the Gumaeul 1 District in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Out of 489 households ranging from 51 to 155㎡ (exclusive area), 106 households will be for general sale. Nearby, major development plans are scheduled, including the Hyundai Motor Global Business Center (GBC) expected to be completed in 2023, the Yeongdong-daero Metropolitan Complex Transfer Center project aiming for completion in 2027, and the GTX-A and C lines transferring at Samsung Station.

Gangdong Jungheung S-Class Millennial is a redevelopment project by Jungheung Construction in Cheonho 1 District, Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. Out of a total of 999 households ranging from 25 to 138㎡, 626 households are for general sale. It is a station area within a 7-minute walk from Cheonho Station on Subway Lines 5 and 8. Olympic-daero and Cheonho Bridge are nearby, making travel to downtown Seoul convenient.

Lotte Castle Riverpark Signature is a reconstruction project by Lotte Construction in Jayang 1 District, Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. Out of 878 households ranging from 59 to 122㎡, 482 households ranging from 59 to 101㎡ are for general sale. It is a double station area within walking distance to Konkuk University Station on Subway Lines 2 and 7 and Ttukseom Resort Station on Line 7. Accessibility to Gangnam is excellent via Yeongdong Bridge.

Sanseong Station Xi Prugio is a public sale apartment redeveloped by GS Construction and Daewoo Construction in Sinheung 2 District, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province. Out of a total of 4,774 households ranging from 51 to 84㎡, 1,718 households are for general sale. Using Subway Line 8 Sanseong Station, it takes 10 minutes to Songpa, 15 minutes to Jamsil, and 30 minutes to Gangnam. It has excellent proximity to workplaces such as Seongnam General Industrial Complex, Pangyo Techno Valley, and Bundang Venture Town.
