Hanjin KAL will invest 30 billion KRW in the capital increase of Hanjin Co., Ltd., with the investment date set for November 6. Additionally, it stated that it will acquire an additional 7,369,009 shares worth 53.6 billion KRW in Jin Air's capital increase. After acquiring the shares, Hanjin KAL's stake in Jin Air will be 56.4%.
