According to Real Estate 114 on the 8th, in the second week of August, a total of 21,024 households (12,996 general sales) will begin sales across 25 complexes nationwide. Sales will start for 'Daechi Prugio Summit' in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 'Hillstate Cheonho Station Gentris' in Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and 'Sanseong Station Xi Prugio' in Siheung-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. Model houses are preparing to open at 11 project sites. Visitors are expected at 'DMCSK View I-Park Foret' in Susaek-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, 'Hoban Summit The Prime' in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, and 'Seodaegu Station Seohan I-Daum The First' in Pyeongni-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu.

Daewoo Construction will supply 'Daechi Prugio Summit' through the Gumaeul reconstruction in the 963 area of Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The complex will be the largest among the Gumaeul 1-3 districts scheduled for reconstruction, with a total of 489 households, of which 106 will be for general sale. Daewoo Construction's high-end brand 'Prugio Summit' will be applied.

Hyundai Engineering will sell 'Hillstate Cheonho Station Gentris', redeveloping Cheonho and Seongnae 3 districts in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The complex boasts a convenient residential environment adjacent to Digital Media City Station, where the Gyeongui-Jungang Line Susaek Station, Subway Line 6, Airport Railroad, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line can all be accessed.

Hoban Industry will sell 'Hoban Summit The Prime' in the Siwha Multi-Techno Valley Joint Block 3 area, Jeongwang-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex will be developed with 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with sizes from 59 to 84㎡, totaling 826 households. Educational facilities include planned school and kindergarten sites, and transportation networks such as the 3rd Gyeongin Expressway, Yeongdong Expressway, Pyeongtaek-Siheung Expressway, and Seohaean Expressway are accessible.
