Dr. Junhee Park, Ph.D., Chairman of Inet Broadcasting
Park Junhee, Chairman of Inet TV, donated 15,000 dental masks (3-layer filter) through express overseas shipping again after sending 12,000 masks on July 8 to members in 19 regions across 15 countries who are members of the World Korean Women’s Foundation under the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on August 6, 2020 (Thursday) to protect overseas Koreans.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic causing difficulties in mask supply in many countries including the United States, Chairman Park Junhee of Inet Broadcasting promptly delivered 15,000 dental masks to protect overseas Korean members excluding the World Korean Women’s Foundation in Washington, New York, Chicago, Dallas, LA in the U.S., as well as Germany, Austria, Singapore, Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines, Egypt, and Russia.
The World Korean Women’s Foundation, launched in 2001 as one of the major projects of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, is a global Korean women’s network active in 26 branches worldwide aimed at discovering and exchanging Korean women talents. Chairman Park Junhee of Inet Broadcasting serves as the only male director of this foundation. Inet Broadcasting has signed an MOU with the World Korean Women’s Foundation and appointed its members as Inet Broadcasting ambassadors, playing a leading role in promoting Korean trot music worldwide.
Chairman Park Junhee of Inet Broadcasting stated that on August 4, he donated 1,000 masks to the social welfare corporation Anna Moja Won and the Busan Senior Welfare Promotion Center, and so far has supported a total of 56,000 masks?27,000 overseas and 29,000 to domestic organizations?with the hope that no one will be left out in mask supply.
